The problem of consumerism 

consumerism is the idea that we constantly need to buy new things to be happy. Fast Fashion fuels this cycle,making us feel like we always need the latest trend.

What can we do?

• Buy less: ask  yourself if you reaally need that garment before buying it.
• Buy secondhand: explore thrift stores and flea markets.
• Take care of your clothes:  wash and store your clothes properly so they last longer.
• Recycle clothes: donate or recycle clothes you no longer use.

It´s important to be aware of the impact of Fast Fashion and consumerism. By making more informed  decisions , we can reduce our impact on the planet and support fairer and more sustainable practices.
